Paul Weller and Kate Nash are both set to appear on the forthcoming series of Channel 4’s Transmission programme.
The Stereophonics and The Magic Numbers are also confirmed for the new series– which will once again be fronted by Steve Jones and Lauren Laverne.
The show’s popular T-Mobile Street Gigs section – where bands play in unusual locations – will also return for the new series.
Transmission will be filmed at secret locations in Manchester, Cambridge, Sunderland, London, Cardiff, Southampton, Glasgow and Nottingham over the coming months.
Talking about the new series, the shows presenter Steve Jones said: “There's really no way of describing Transmission with T-mobile other than really really bands, really really guests and really really good.
Friday nights are about to grow very big Transmission shaped balls,” he continued. “It's series three and I promise they are going to be bigger and hairier than ever!”
Past editions of the programme have featured performances from Babyshambles, Dirty Pretty Things and Klaxons.
