The Pigeon Detectives got the crowds singing during their rampant set at the Jersey Live Festival today (September 2nd).
Arriving with moments to spare, the band showed no sign of exhaustion as they rattled through a set made up of tracks from their debut album, ‘Wait For Me.’
Kicking off with, ‘Romantic Type,’ which soon got the crowds bouncing, frontman Matt Bowman was as energetic as ever swinging his microphone around wildly as he implored the crowds to “bounce, bounce.”
In the soaring temperatures, Bowman threw water out to the crowd before launching into, ‘I Found Out.’ As he continued to throw bottle after bottle he asked the crowd to, “make sure you fucking catch these, I don’t wanna get sued.”
The band rounded off their swift twenty five minute set with the powerful combination of current single, ‘Take Her Back’ and ‘I’m not Sorry.’
