American R&B star Ne-Yo has revealed that he is currently holding on to two songs for Britney Spears’ comeback album.
The singer says that he wrote eight songs for Spears, two of which she really liked and was planning to use on her next record.
However, the pair fell out when Ne-Yo offered some of the songs he’d written to Pussy Cat Dolls front woman Nicole Scherzinger for her own solo album.
Ne-Yo said according to Yahoo music: "There were two songs that Britney really, really liked and I told them that I would set those two songs aside and nobody would hear them until Britney Spears' voice was on them.
"This was a few months ago and I haven't heard anything from them since."
