Rolling Stone Told Moss To Ditch Pete Doherty

Rolling Stones star Ronnie Wood advised Kate Moss to dump Pete Doherty, it has emerged.

In a fresh interview, the 60-year-old rocker admitted that he gave his supermodel friend some sound advice and stated it was the only thing he could do, saying “someone had to do it.”

He told the Daily Mirror: “Well, he wasn't exactly very good for her, was he? I was just encouraging her - saying 'Go on, girl. I'm glad you've got rid of him'.”

After their much publicised split earlier this summer, Moss retreated to Wood’s home in Kingston, Surrey to seek refuge and quiet.

In other Pete Doherty news, the Babyshambles man has reportedly entered rehab yet again to try and conquer his many demons.

    • well, Pete doherty is a dirty crackhead and i’m pretty damn good to be honest. this tortured genius business purported by the ****ing disgrace the nme has become was tiring from the start. once the red-tops began proffering this monkey i basically lost hope in any music thats peddled by the media. it’s a pile of PR wank. no, he won’t change. it’s what he’s paid for.

    • Iused to go out with Mick Jagger, but at my age there is a double standard and women aren’t supposed to acknowledge things like that. Mick turned out to be pretty good didn’t he? And noone saw what I saw in him at the time. But you know broken hearts and all. I think that Mick had a cute walk, but you know you have to let the young discover life for themselves.
