Amy Winehouse Dominates MOBO Nominations

Amy Winehouse finally has some good news today after she was nominated for four awards at this year’s MOBO’s.

The troubled singer is up for four gongs including best UK female, best R&B act, best video and best song.

She is joined by on four nominations by rapper Dizzee Rascal who is up for best UK male, best hip hop act, best song and best video.

The ceremony for the 12th MOBO’s takes place on September 19 and will be broadcast on September.

Winehouse will be up against Beverley Knight, Corinne Bailey Rae, Joss Stone and Jamelia for the best UK female.

In the best UK male section Dizzee Rascal will battle it out with Kano, Lethal Bizzle, Sway and Wiley.

Rihanna, Kanye West, 50 Cent, P Diddy and Akon are also up for awards.
