mA law firm in America is suing Michael Jackson claiming that the singer owes the company over $113,000.
The Los Angeles based law firm, Lavely & Singers, says that the singer has failed to pay the final instalment of a three part agreement in time.
Jackson agreed in arbitration to pay Lavely & Singers a total of $180,000 over the course of three instalments before a final deadline on July 31st.
The singers publicist Raymone Bain has yet to make a statement on the latest lawsuit again Jackson, according to the BBC.
Lavely & Singers lawsuit comes just a month after a judge ordered Jackson to pay $256,000 in legal fees to a law firm who worked with the singer at his 2005 child molestation trial.
