Bright Eyes has dropped out of this weekends V Festival (August 18th-19th) because of illness.
The singer had been due to play the Virgin Mobile Union stage at the duel festival – which takes place at sites in both Chelmsford and Staffordshire.
Bright Eyes – real name Conor Oberst – will be replaced at the event by Rodrigo y Gabriela.
This year’s festival will see headlining performances from The Killers and the Foo Fighters.
