A Dolly Parton is fan is facing eviction from her home, after she continuously blasted out the country legend’s hits at high volume all day long.
Diane Duffin is accused of playing hits such ‘DIVORCE’ by the buxom star over twenty times a day at deafening sound levels, causing misery for her neighbours in Leeds.
The 36-year-old may be turfed out of her home for repeatedly flouting council warnings and anti-noise orders. Police had already raided the address last month to confiscate stereos, CDs and televisions – only for Duffin to buy new ones.
Neighbour Joanne Kempston has led the campaign to get Duffin to keep it quiet for nearly two years.
She told the Daily Mirror: “It usually started at around 11am and carried on until 1am the next morning. We couldn't get to sleep.
"My son was going to school and I was getting called to pick him up because he was so tired he was almost falling asleep. After that we had to take them to their grandma's to sleep. I considered moving but this is my home. I wasn't going to be forced out."
As well as a potential eviction, legal proceedings have also begun to slap Duffin with an Asbo.
