Lightspeed Champion Recounts Kate Nash Drugs Story

Mr Lightspeed Champion – aka Dev Hynes – has revealed a rather embarrassing drugs story to Gigwise involving a certain Kate Nash.

Taking part in our Webchat Wednesday, the former Test Icicles star recounted the last time he took drugs and started “dribbling” all over the star.

In his drug addled stupor, he pretended that the totally sober Ms Nash was his wife and proceeded to embarrass himself.

He explained: “The last time I did ever take any drugs was at my friends gig last autumn and I met this girl there called Kate Nash. She was sober... I was REALLLY not sober... and I grabbed her because she knew some people I know, and was walking around introducing her to people as my wife!!!

“The next time I saw her it was just extremely embarrassing, and now I swear blind she hates me and sees me as some drugged up dickhead...oh god.

“I remember just going on and on at her about midnight surprise, because I’d just wrote it and I was like "I JUST WROTE THIS 10 MINTESSESEJKD SONG... ABOUT ZELDA... ADJK B;AH BLAH,,," and like dribbling on her shoulder and shit.”
