Courtney Love Needs New Surgery To Fix 'Wonky Face'

Courtney love has admitted that she will be going under the knife yet again. 

The plastic surgery addict has confessed that she wants to go back to how she used to look – claiming that a botched procedure has left her less than impressed with her look.

She said: “My mouth still looks wonky. I think I gotta go back to Paris to the doctor – he fixes bad surgery.”

The gaunt looking 43-year-old, was spotted leaving a plastic surgeons office in L.A. earlier this month.
