Chow Chow are to release their debut album next month despite the recent death of singer Thomas Iain Smith.
The record entitled ‘Colours & Lines’ will be put out via Fantastic Plastic on August 6 with the full support of Smith’s family and the remaining members of the band.
In a statement Fantastic Plastic said of the album: “‘Colours And Lines’ is a fitting tribute, a snapshot of what the band were capable of, amazingly creative, the sound of a band uninhibited in what they did.”
Chow Chow’s next scheduled gig is at The Racecourse in Northampton in July 27, it is not known as yet if they will play.
