The Spice Girls will extend their much anticipated reunion world tour to include a further fourteen dates, according to reports.
As previously announced, the reformed five-piece – who have followed in the footsteps of 90’s stars Take That by announcing that they are to re-unite – will play eleven shows across the world, beginning in December this year.
News has emerged today, however, that the girl band look set to add another fourteen shows bringing the current total to twenty-five. And, if the band’s manager, Simon Fuller gets his way, that figure could extend further to fifty.
A source told The Sun: "The girls really want to do a huge tour but they're worried about how much time they'll be able to commit to it because of their families.
"It's going to be a huge commitment for the girls, who are extremely devoted to their families. But they are overwhelmed by the world-wide response from their fans and don't want to let them down."
As it stand, Girl Power will hit the following cities: Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, London, Koln, Madrid, Beijing, Hong Kong, Sydney, Cape Town and Beunos Aires
