The second day of Wakestock Festival had to be cancelled for safety reasons after 36 hours of heavy rain flooded the site.
Friday went ahead, however security were stopping cars going onto the site early on the Friday night saying "it's a quagmire".
Despite the weather, mud and a few bands not making it through to perform, the 12,000 strong crowd were relentless and there was a great atmosphere.
A number of other festivals have fallen victim to the weather this year, including Truck and Fflam.

- wasn’t pleased in some respects but to be fair, the word quagmire was an understatement. like a smaller glastonbury.

- absolutly pissed off too, got treated like animals when we were told we could stay till sunday then they changed their mind all of a sudden and started shouting at us that we were on private proprety and had to get out by 5 o’clock. what a piss take, definatly wont be going again next year. did any1 see the polystyreene bridge too? what a genuine un-organised f*ck up of a festival.
