Jack Penate had to pay a £200 fine last weekend after being accused of drawing graffiti over the walls of a Scottish club.
The alleged incident at the Sub Club in Glasgow is said to have happened after Penate performed at the T in the Park festival on Sunday (July 8th).
The Daily Record reports that graffiti was found on the clubs speakers, walls, mirrors and floors just hours after Penate had arrived at the venue.
A member of staff told the paper: “He had marker pens in his pocket and ink all over his hands, so he was hauled into the office and the police were called."
Although the venue called Police, there was not enough evidence to press charges, so it’s reported that Penate then left to return to his hotel.
Thing’s took a turn for the worse for the Londoner, however, when staff found that he’d left his phone in the venue and they threatened to call his Mum.
The employee added: "Jack might think this is rock 'n' roll, but it hasn't left him with many friends in Glasgow."
upon his return Penate finally agreed to pay a £200 on the spot fine for the graffiti damage.
