Former Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash has revealed that he plans to ignore the new smoking ban.
As of July 1st the whole of the UK is now covered by the smoking ban which means that anyone caught smoking in places of work will face a fine.
The current Velvet Revolver guitarist has said that it won’t affect him, however. "It's what I do - unless I giving up smoking altogether, which I don't see happening.”
“I'll probably just take my chances, pay the £50 and smoke to my heart's content. I can't imagine being up there and playing for ninety minutes and not having a fag," he told the NME.
