Little Man Tate are to play a concert for the victims of flooding in Sheffield after the weekend’s torrential downpours.
The Steel City quartet will play the special gig at the Plug on August 4 with tickets costing £10 and all proceeds going to the 'South Yorkshire Flood Victim Support Appeal'.
The band is also giving a local act the chance to support them at the gig via an online auction, details of which can be found at littlemantate.co.uk.
The band that bids the highest in the auction will get to play the show with all proceeds once again going to the appeal.
Speaking about the event LMT’s Maz said: "It was a very sad day on Monday and was strange seeing such a great city simply overwhelmed and overpowered.
“We just want to do something to help make things a little bit better."
Tickets for the show go on sale on July 4.

- Ignore ’Little Man Hate’, he is my evil cousin who prefers Milburn. The black sheep of the family.

- Both Milburn and Little Man Tate are absolutely terrible.

- Well done Lads. Sounds like its gonna be another top night in Sheff and all for a good cause :)
