Iggy Pop Backs Elijah Wood For Movie Biopic

Iggy Pop believes that Lord of The Rings star Elijah Wood is a good choice to play himself in his movie biopic.

However, the wrinkly rocker has also revealed that the movie has not actually got the green light to be filmed yet.

In the interview with XFM, Iggy said: We have no agreement yet to even do the film. The producers have got big mouths and keep jumping the gun.

"I think Elijah's a very good actor though. If he can play a hobbit then he should be able to play me!"

Thankfully there was no accidental racist outburst in this interview.
