Former Beatle George Harrison is to be given a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.
Harrison is among a number of musical acts who have been recognised with the accolade for the 2008 induction. Other musical performers recognised include, Christina Aguilera, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Ricky Martin.
According to Hollywood's honorary mayor, Johnny Grant, the artists were chosen "for a combination of professional achievement and community involvement."
The infamous Walk Of Fame has been present on Hollywood’s Boulevard since 1960.
