Ex-Busted Star Dropped By Record Label

Former Busted member Matt Willis has been dropped by his record label because of the poor sales of his debut album, ‘Don’t Let It Go To Waste.’

The singer – who is more famous for winning the UK version of ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’ – was signed to Mercury records just over a year after teenage pop band Busted split.

According to The Sun, Willis is now more focussed on forging a television career, however, thanks to his success in the Jungle reality show.

A source said: “He really wanted to make his solo album work. But when it flopped, he lost heart. Matt has a brilliant personality which comes across well on screen."

    • I can’t believe this. Matt’s solo album was a work of such pure originality (apart from the covers versions) and produced some of the greatest work tantamount to unparelled genius. It is a sad loss to this country of ours that Matt has been dropped. I will have to play with my pussy instead
