The owners of Gatecrasher, which was burnt down in a fire on Monday evening, have vowed to rebuild the famous Sheffield superclub.
Despite being ravaged by flames, owner of Gatecrasher One (formerly The Republic), Simon Raine, says the gurning will go on.
He told the Beeb: "We will be looking at how we rebuild the Gatecrasher One club, one of the cornerstones of the UK nightclub scene and our spiritual home, as quickly as possible.
"We want everyone to remember those memorable nights at Gatecrasher One from down the years, safe in the knowledge it will be back - bigger, brighter, louder and more brash."
Around 25 fire fighters were called to tackle the blaze on Monday evening, and several staff members were hurt – fortunately none were serious.
