    The Happy Mondays Announce UK Tour

    The Happy Mondays and The Sunshine Underground are to tour together across the UK this autumn.

    The tour will be in support of The Happy Mondays first album in fifteen years 'Unkle Dysfunktional' which is expected to be released this suumer.

    The dates begin in Nottingham at Rock City on September 27 and finish up with a show at Liverpool’s Carling Academy.

    Tickets for the tour go on sale from 10am on Friday (June 8).

    The dates are:

    Nottingham, Rock City - September 27
    Glasgow, Carling Academy - 28
    Sheffield, Octagon - October 1
    Newcastle, Carling Academy - 2
    Bristol, Carling Academy - 3
    Oxford, Zodiac - 5
    London, Brixton Carling Academy - 6
    Norwich, UEA - 8
    Southampton, Guildhall - 9
    Leeds, University - 10
    Birmingham, Carling Academy - 12
    Liverpool, Carling Academy - 13
