    Nas Demands Police Escort To And From Gig

    Rapper Nas isn’t taking any chances for his gig in Birmingham tonight – he’s demanded a police escort to and from the venue.

    The hip-hop star – real name Nasir Jones – has given exacting instructions to ensure his safety during his rare visit to Britain.

    According to The Daily Mirror his contract for his performance at The Works stipulates, “Under no circumstances is the artist to be delayed arriving or departing the venue due to traffic,” not to mention KFC and 24 bottles of Snapple.
