The Smashing Pumpkins have announced details of two residencies on either side of the United States this summer.
Billy Corgan and his crew will play multiple nights at the intimate surroundings of the Orange Peel in Asheville, North Carolina throughout June and early July.
They then move west for eight shows at San Francisco’s Fillmore Theatre during July and the first week of August.
The band are actively encouraging fans who attend the shows to record them with their own audio and visual material to spread the message worldwide.
The seminal outfit will be touring material from their eagerly anticipated new album ‘Zeitgeist.’ They’ll also be digging into their vast back catalogue.
The dates are as follows:
Asheville Orange Peel - June 23/24/26/27/29/30 July 2/3/5
San Francisco Fillmore - July 22/24/25/27/28/30/31 August 1
