




It's always interesting when you realise that the CD's not sticking - it is indeed supposed to sound like that. The intro to 'Living is a Problem...' is one such moment, but it's a very good one. Biffy Clyro are nothing if not willing to surprise, and this track, taken from their aptly named fourth album Puzzle is a testament to that. It blends seamlessly from jerky, spiky violins to rocking guitars. Backed up by a choral arrangement by Graeme Revell - responsible for similar work on soundtracks like The Crow and Sin City - the song is terrifically grand and theatrical, and worthy of a shiver down your spine.
