A deluge of bands have been confirmed to appear at the Manchester International Festival.
Titled Unknown Pleasures, a host of acts will play the Academy venues in June and July and also an all-day 5,000 capacity free concert at Salford Keys.
Confirmed to play the Manchester Academy across eight days from June 29 to July 14 are The Noisettes, Findlay Brown, The Wombats, Alberta Cross, Foals and Adjagas.
On top of this, playing Unknown Pleasures at the Quays on July 15 are The Gossip, The Horrors and The Whip.
