Sheryl Crow Asks Us To Use Less Toilet Paper

    To help the environment...

April 23, 2007 by Scott Colothan

Sheryl Crow is spearheading an unusual campaign to save the environment.

The singer is calling on people to dramatically reduce the amount of loo paper they use when they’re on the toilet.

In a post on her official website, she urges people to "only one square per restroom visit, except, of course, on those pesky occasions where two to three could be required."

The 45-year-old is no stranger to green issues, having recently toured the US on a biodiesel bus along with environmental activist Laurie David.

The pair went to 11 University campuses where they asked students to fight against the environmental problems hitting the globe.

    • What an typically idiotic suggestion from a person who wants YOU to change but is unwilling to change themselves. These entertainers are just so much comedy that they are dangerous!

    • Ok, so ’miss environmental’ wants us to conserve on a ’natural’ product. Last I knew, paper products were one of the easiest and quickest materials to breakdown in a landfill, due to their natural fibers. Since she’s SOOOOO concerned about the environment, why doesn’t she try this. DO NOT produce any more CD’s to sell!! Do you realize what’s involved in the making of the plastics for the jewel cases, not to mention the CD’s themselves? And
