The Cooper Temple Clause have cancelled their appearance at The Camden Crawl tonight (April 20).
The band also axed their scheduled appearance at the Underworld venue on Camden High Street at 9.15pm last night at the eleventh hour.
Last night, they cited “unforeseen circumstances” as the reason for the late cancellation. Now they are saying that they are “emotionally exhausted” from the excesses of touring.
A statement to the NME reads: "We're all gutted about having to pull out of the Camden Crawl and would have loved to be there with everyone.
"However, over four months of constant touring worldwide has left us physically and emotionally exhausted and we didn't feel it would have been fair on the punters to put on a sub-standard show.
"We all need to get some rest and regroup but we'll be back with bells on soon."
