Green Day, Blink 182 For Punk Rock Film

Documenting the genre in the nineties...

Green Day, Rancid and Blink 182 are some of the bands set to feature in a documentary about modern punk rock music.

The film is titled ‘One Nine One Four’ and looks at the genre of music in the nineties.

It will consist of band interviews and archive footage, which will be all compiled together by the documentary makers Robot Academy Films in Australia.

It’s expected to see the light of day early next year. Skateboarding legend Tony Hawk will narrate the film, which also features the likes of NOFX and The Offspring.

How about you construct a valid argument against what I said, and maybe I won’t laugh so hard coffee comes out my nose. Blink and Greenday are fine, but certainly not punk-rock. What about Propagandhi, A Wilhelm Scream? For shame...

i agree, i havnt seen the rest of the bands that are due to b in the film, bt this film is about modern punk music in the nineties, shudnt there b such bands as anti flag, the unseen, rise against? im glad to see rancid are in there.
