John and Gary Bandit have both confirmed they have formed new bands that will each play a gig in Liverpool in November.
John’s new band, Yossarian, (named after the lead character in Joseph Heller’s Catch-22) play alongside Bexy Sitch and the Creepy Crawlies and Misty’s Big Adventure at a local art gallery on November 26th.
Gary’s band, Cheap Street, play at the Music Week festival closing party at the Tea Factory in on Sunday November 14th. They share the bill at the Bandwagon event with the 747s, The Tom Brookes Band and Tramp Attack.
The Yossarian appearance is alongside an exhibition – a film is also being made which will be played whilst the bands are onstage.
