Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes has confirmed that he will play a show at London’s ULU on November 17th.
On January 24th Bright Eye’s release two new albums simultaneously. Titled ‘I’m Wide Awake it’s Morning’ and ‘Digital Ash in a Digital Urn’, the albums will be preceded by two singles in November – ‘Take It Easy’ (from ‘Digital Ash’) on November 1st, and ‘Lua’ (from ‘I’m Wide Awake…) on the 8th.
The new show follows the success of the sold out Shepherds Bush Empire gig this summer.
Bright Eyes has just returned from the states where he performed at four dates supporting REM and Bruce Springsteen on the Vote for Change tour. Oberst shared the microphone with Stipe and Springsteen at one show in Minneapolis.
