Country star Wynonna Judd has announced through her web site that she is to divorce her husband of three years, D. R. Roach, following his arrest for aggravated sexual battery against a minor.
"I am obviously devastated," Judd says on her site. "Our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully – by the Grace of God – become stronger.
In the divorce complaint "irreconcilable differences" are cited, explaining that the couple are "unable to live together successfully as husband and wife".
According to the Abilene Reporter News, Roach is being held on a $750,000 bail after his arrest last Thursday.
He and Wynonna have three kids; it was the second marriage for them both.
