Franz Ferdinand Release Their Own Annual

Franz Ferdinand have released their very own annual.

The ‘Official Franz Ferdinand Annual 2007’ follows in the same vein as traditional comic book annuals like the Beano, featuring problem pages, puzzles, stories, fact files and cut out dolls, along with much more Franz related fun.

The 50 page hardback book has been designed by Anna McCarthy (guitarist Nick McCarthy’s sister) and is available to but from the Franz Ferdinand website for £10.99.

Members of the Franz Ferdinand fanclub can get theirs at the discounted price of £7.99, subject to postage and packing.

It’s not the first time the band have had flirtations with the literary world. Last year frontman Alex Kapranos released ‘Sound Bites’, his guide to cuisine around the globe.
