The Chemical Brothers have teamed up with Midlake frontman Tim Smith for the ultimate track on their new album ‘We Are The Night.’
The Block Rockin’ duo are huge fans of Denton’s finest and were very keen to collaborate with them.
Smith lends his trademark melodic vocals to the fetchingly titled ‘The Pills Won’t Help You Now’ which closes the record.
‘We Are The Night’ is tentatively set for release this summer. They precede its release with a special one-off show at London’s Roundhouse on May 31.
Midlake are currently readying an April UK tour. Unfortunately, only the opening three dates have tickets remaining – Liverpool Academy (April 8), Glasgow ABC (9), Sheffield Plug (10).
