Amy Winehouse has made US chart history with her latest album ‘Back To Black’ this week.
Winehouse has become the highest debuting British female artist in the history of the US albums chart after entering at No. 7.
The singer is currently on a US tour and only played her first show in the country at a tiny New York pub in January.
On recieving the news Winehouse apparently said: "You're kidding....bloody hell. I'm really proud of this record ....the highest what... really.....that's unbelievable...."
Tabloid pictures of the party aftermath will be coming soon no doubt.
