Red Hot Chili Peppers have been forced to pull their upcoming tour of Japan after front man Anthony Kiedis fell ill.
The singer has been diagnosed with bronchial pneumonia and has been told not to fly for ten days and as a result the shows in Osaka and Tokyo have been rescheduled.
In a statement the band said: : "The Red Hot Chili Peppers wishes to tell all of the Japanese fans how sorry they are to not be able to play the shows as scheduled but are very much looking forward to seeing them soon."
"Please accept our deepest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused".
