Line Up For Summer Sonic Festival Announced

The bill for this year’s Summer Sonic festival in Japan has been announced and it is dominated by British acts.

Set to headline the event which takes place in Tokyo and Osaka are Arctic Monkeys while the likes of Bloc Party, Klaxons, Maximo Park, Enter Shikar, The Long Blones and The Horrors will join them.

Other international acts set to feature include Black Eyed Peas, Gwen Stefani, Sum 41, The Offspring, CSS and Goose.

The festival takes place on August 11/12.

this year is gonna be shit! wtfuh? you can't have all the best bands play in 2009 and bring this list to us 2010. i mean who the hell is jose gonzales or Goose? wtfuH?!

The only band really worth seeing is The OffSpring....I mean Gwen...Common No doubt was so 10 min ago. And the black eye peas are cooked now chuck them with the rest of the trash.

When the time comes to buy tickets they will have an English site, but I am not sure if u can buy tickets overseas cause most of the time u have to pick up the tickets from Lawson or family mart around Tokyo
