Miss Dynamite has been arrested after being accused of assault in a London restaurant.
The singer, real name Niomi McLean-Daley has been released on bail after reporting to the police last week. The arrest refers to an incident which took place on in Wardour Street, Soho, on September 17.
McLean-Daley, former winner of the Mercury Music Prize will appear in the police station again next month.
"A 23-year-old woman voluntarily attended a central London police station on October 1 following an allegation of assault on September 17 at premises in Wardour Street," a spokeswoman for the Metropolitan Police told Reuters.
"The woman was arrested and has been bailed to reappear at a central London police station at a date in November."
