More The Holloways

We’ve all been there. Your young, the night is younger and you’re already so drunk you’d have sworn the bouncer just slipped his telephone number into your back pocket. OK, so maybe in reality it wasn’t his phone number but that’s what sambucca does for you, isn’t it? Anyway, if you don’t remember that night let ‘Dancefloor’ be your.phpirin – for here The Holloway’s speak the international language of drunkenness. “I must be pretty if I’m standing here with people like you?” quizzes Alfie Jackson before wondering how he’ll get home tonight. Musically it’s another dash of Holloway’s indie-punk with shambolic riffs and catchy melodies which are neither avant-garde nor particularly inspiring. But, after a night out like this, that’s not exactly what you’re looking for anyway, is it?
