Michael Hutchence’s brother has stood by his decision to sell some of the late INXS frontman’s belongings online.
As we told you yesterday, items Rhett Hutchence is flogging include an intimate fax sent to the star’s then girlfriend Kylie Minogue, plus sketches, lyrics and clothing items.
His mother Patricia Glossop is thought to have disowned her son over the controversial move.
Speaking to the BBC, Rhett Hutchence says that the items on sale are fairly “unimportant” and that he will be using the money to set up a new home in Holland.
The 44-year-old said: “I do not feel bad about what I am doing at all.”
Michael Hutchence was found hanged in a Sydney hotel room in November 1997.
