Shatner and Folds Make Unlikely Music Together
Not willing to confine his talents to the peace of outer space William Shatner is preparing to release his second album that has been produced by the extremely talented Ben Folds.

35 years after the release of ‘Transformed Man’, Shatner and Folds have come together to create ‘Has Been’, an 11 track album that features the talents of various collaborators including Joe Jackson, Lemon Jelly, Aimee Mann, Helen Rollins and Ben Folds himself.

One of the most memorable tracks on the album is a cover of Pulp’s ‘Common People’ which is a duet with Joe Jackson. I wonder what Jarvis makes of it?

‘Has Been’ is scheduled for release is October.

    Tracklisting:

    1. "Common People" (with Joe Jackson)
    2. "It Hasn't Happened Yet"
    3. "You'll Have Time"
    4. "Trying" (with Ben Folds and Aimee Mann)
    5. "What Have You Done"
    6. "Together" (with Lemon Jelly)
    7. "Familiar Love"
    8. "Ideal Woman"
    9. "Has Been "
    10. "I Can't Get Behind That" (with Henry Rollins)
    11. "Real" (with Brad Paisley)
