Lily Allen: I Wish I'd Never Been Brits Nominated

Popstar Lily Allen wishes she had never been nominated for the Brit Awards after all the worries it’s caused her.

The Smile singer has scored the more nominations – four – than any other artist but threatened to not attend after being replaced as a live performer at the industry bash.

However, despite her actor dad Keith persuaded her to fly in from America for the night to be there, Lily still doubts whether it will be worth it.

She tells The Scotsman, “I kind of wish I hadn't been nominated actually because I've never won anything and that makes me feel like I'm not going to win.

"It would be just nice to win so I could get up and make a speech, or cry."

Get over it Lily – who really cares about The Brits?
