Ugh. Are these guys are still around? Why are they still subjecting the public to their tired music? No, we should rephrase the question — Flea and John Frusciante are still being amazing musicians wasting away in a shit band? Bummer. Open minded we put 'Desecration Smile' in the player, and in the first seconds of the tune the thought occurs: "Hey… What's happening?… This is good." The drumbeat, bass line, and guitar all start out great, like most Red Hot Chili Peppers songs, but then, OH WAIT, that damn annoying Anthony Keidis starts singing. "Just when it was getting good, he has to come in and turn it to shite." It's unfortunate that the only way one can really enjoy this song is to block out the vocals. If this can be mastered, the song is great. Unfortunately we lack the talent and patience. Enough to wipe the smile off anyone's face.

i agree with ric, i’d like to see wot music this reviewer actually likes. cos her comments are ridiculous. wot do you mean ”are these guys still around” ? they just one four grammy’s for stadium arcadium !!!!! best band in the world easily.

ok, just because you dont like the lead singer’s voice of a band, shouldn’t stop you from giving an objective review. I agree with Ric, its time you take your head out of your ass and be professional. Oh, and by the way, ”that damn annoying Anthony Keidis” just won a grammy!

hey reviewer, stop speaking out of your ass.anthony kiedis? yeah he’s amazing, and i bet you don’t know one damn thing about him, or the peppers for that fact. they are as good now and when they started..i hate these kind of people who think that they’re washed up. HATE.
