Hafids Huld Cancels UK Tour Due To Illness

Hafdis Huld has been forced to cancel her entire UK tour after being struck down with a severe lung infection.

The Icelandic singer was meant to start her stint at the Birmingham Glee Club last night but was forced to axe the show at the eleventh hour.

Doctors have ordered Hafdis to put her feet up and rest for at least two weeks.

She said: “I am so sorry that I had to cancel at the last minute.  At the moment I sound like a mix of a little frog and a husky villain.

“I’ll just have to experiment with the glitter and pyjama look for the next couple of weeks.”

The dates are set to be rescheduled for the spring.
