Bloc Party front man Kele Okereke has again launched another stinging attack on his fellow music peers.
Okereke has accused other bands of not using their brains when it comes to their music.
There is an exception however. Okereke is impressed with how Arctic Monkey’s frontman, Alex Turner has “made talking about every day life very in vogue and fashionable."
In an interview with MTV the singer said: “I feel he has a mind. But I'm finding it hard to believe that singers in other bands have a mind."
The accusations come just to days after the Bloc Party man attacked Jack White’s political stance, saying that the White Stripes guitarist was only interested in, "Selling more records.”
It seems Kele might have taken a well timed PR lesson in how to promote an album. Their second album, ‘A Weekend In The City,’ is out on Monday (Feb 5).

You bad, bad mong. Thought he might have had something vaguely to say at first. Everyone does that these days you dozy, dozy ****.
There hasn’t been a British band with anything relevant to say about modern life since MSP or Radiohead 10 years ago or at a push, Pulp. Point accepted though, most of The The generation have bugger all to say...
Shameless PR-ing on Kele’s front. Shut your mouth mate and let your great music do the talking
Kele has got a point.
These are interesting times we are living though and no one in alternative music seems bothered.
I wonder who else is only interested in selling records?
