The man who penned one of Elvis Presley’s last big hits ‘Burning Love’ has passed away aged 63.
Dennis Linde, who died from a rare lung disease, also wrote hits for the Dixie Chicks and Garth Brooks.
He was elected to the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2001, and BMI’s 1994 songwriter of the year.
