Nine Inch Nails have finished recording their new album and plan to mix it early next year.
The industrial rockers have been holed up in the studio for the latter part of the year and will mix the long-player in January.
Speaking about the new album, band lynchpin Trent Reznor wrote: "Is it possible I am actually finished writing and recording a new nine inch nails record? Apparently so. We begin mixing in January!
“Juggling fifteen all-new tracks around. Testing sequences. No leftovers from "with teeth". Highly conceptual. Quite noisy. ****ing cool."
The album will be their first since last year’s ‘With Teeth.’ As previously reported the band are also releasing a live DVD on February 27, which chronicles their sprawling US tour from this year.
