The owner of the unique Velvet Underground acetate has but the item back on sale on eBay.
As previously reported, the winning bidder for the unique vinyl turned out to be a hoax after seemingly stumping up a massive $155,000 for the lot.
The owner Warren Hill, who originally paid a mere 75cents for the definitive version of Velvet Underground and Nico, seems un-phased and has gone back to the website again.
However, as a security measure he is asking all bidders to email him first and only approved people can place their bid.
