Kanye West is facing a lawsuit over his video for ‘Touch The Sky.’
The stuntman who was apparently the inspiration for the promo, Evil Knievel, claims that West ripped him off by parodying him in the video.
Knievel filed his lawsuit on Monday (December 11) and complained: "That video that Kanye West put out is the most worthless piece of crap I've ever seen in my life, and he uses my image to catapult himself on the public."
It’s not the first time Kanye has landed in hot water over the video.
At the MTV Europe Music Awards, West famously sauntered onstage when he found out that the promo had lost out in the best video category to Justice vs Simian.
