More U2 U2 were joined by Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong on the final date of their Vertigo tour In Honolulu on Saturday night.
The Green Day frontman performed a live rendition of their joint charity single ‘The Saints Are Coming’ - only the second time he had done so.
Meanwhile Eddie Vedder and Mike McCready from support act Pearl Jam came onstage to perform the cover of Neil Young’s ‘Rockin in the Free World.’
The two bands had previously unveiled the track with changed lyrics at an anti-poverty rally in Australia last month.
Elsewhere on the night, U2 kicked off the sprawling 24 song set with ‘City of Blinding Lights’, before finishing the set with the seminal ‘One.’
Other tracks aired on the night included ‘Sunday Bloody Sunday’, ‘I Will Follow’, ‘Where The Streets Have No Name’ and ‘(Pride) In The Name Of Love.’
