Nick Cave’s supergroup Grinderman will release their debut album next spring.
The eponymous album will hits the shelves on March 5 through Mute records.
The 13 track LP was recorded at the RAK studios in London over a week in April, with producer Nick Launay at the helm. It was mixed in September at the Metropolis studios.
Grinderman is a collaboration between Nick Cave, Dirty Three founder Warren Ellis, Ex-Triffids member Martyn Casey and Cramps drummer Jim Scalvunos.
The album track ‘No Pussy Blues’ can be heard on the band’s myspace page now.
